1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the ee99 website at ee99.cam, or using any of our services — including casino games, sports betting, live casino, and fish shooting games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and ee99.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ee99. Creating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. All deposit funds must be used for genuine wagering; depositing solely to claim a bonus and then immediately withdrawing without wagering is considered bonus abuse.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing typically takes between 1 and 24 hours depending on your chosen method. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the original deposit (same bKash, Nagad, or bank account number).

General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses issued by ee99 unless the specific promotion page explicitly overrides them:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before rollover is completed will be forfeited.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the standard rollover requirement before withdrawal.
• ee99 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time, including correcting errors in bonus values or rollover percentages.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to chip dumping, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, and systematic bonus hunting — will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on ee99 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring they have placed the correct bet type, stake amount, and selection before confirming. ee99 will not be liable for errors made by the player during bet placement.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on ee99 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test Championships, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. Match results are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather, ee99's dedicated cricket rules — posted on the Cricket page — will apply. Where a match is voided, all stakes are returned to the player's account.

Casino & Slots Games

ee99 employs fraud detection systems operating around the clock. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will be frozen pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities forfeit all winnings and deposited funds.
